Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract, or have a parent or guardian manage the account on your behalf.

Lessons are delivered online by teachers on the platform. You purchase lesson time (“credits”) and use it to book lessons. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the rules shown in the Service at the time of booking. Credits are intended for use within the Service.

Prices are shown in the Service and may change over time. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Any refunds are handled according to the refund terms presented at purchase and applicable consumer-protection law.

Teachers apply and are reviewed before joining. Teachers are responsible for delivering their lessons professionally. We facilitate the connection and tools between students and teachers but are not a party to the individual teaching relationship beyond what these Terms describe.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, abusive, or harmful behaviour; no harassment of teachers or other users; no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service; and no sharing of your account with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its curriculum, materials, software and branding, is owned by Verbavo or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

Any content you submit remains yours, but you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service (for example, delivering your messages and homework to your teacher). You are responsible for the content you provide and must have the right to share it.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam results, or uninterrupted availability. Your progress depends on many factors, including your own effort and practice.

To the extent permitted by law, Verbavo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the period giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
